/lili Managing and developing a direct reporting team composed of: /liulli Quality Specialist; /lili Production Planning Manager; /lili Workshop Supervisor; /lili Purchasing Manager.
/li /ulli Ensuring achievement of KPIs related to productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and service performance.
/lili Overseeing planning and procurement processes, ensuring the optimal balance between material availability, production capacity, and business requirements.
/lili Collaborating with technical and commercial departments to manage customer projects and specific client requirements.
/lili Supervising the company#39;s Quality Management System, promoting preventive and corrective actions aimed at enhancing performance and customer satisfaction.
