Vacancy – Site Manager | Milan, Italy

- Engagement: Payroll via STAR or freelance possible
- Location: Milan, Italy
- Start date: Early January 2027
- Duration: Approximately 20 weeks
- Working hours: Approx. 9 hours per day / max. 46 hours per week
- Day rate: Negotiable
- Expenses: Accommodation, travel and local transportation at your own expense

Project For a data centre project in Milan, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to support the installation of steel generator frames on the contractor side . The site team consists of a Safety Officer, Supervisor, two installation teams of 3–4 people each and a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day steel installation activities on site.
- Plan and monitor progress.




- Manage installation teams and coordinate with other parties.
- Act as the main point of contact on site.
- Identify and resolve technical and practical issues.

Profile

Essential

- Strong background in structural steel / steel installation .
- Experience as a Site Manager or in a similar site-based role.
- Hands-on, proactive and confident in managing teams.
- Good command of English.

Preferred

- Data centre experience.
- Experience with international projects.
- Experience with generator frames or similar steel structures.
