- Permanent contract
- Quadro level CCNL Commercio - Distribuzione e Servizi “ConfCommercio”
- € 51.000-€ 60.000 gross/year (14 months) + premio

We’re looking for a L&D; Delivery Manager, that reporting to the L&D; Lead,



and being part of the Leadership, Talent Development & Culture function, will play a critical role in the development and delivery of impactful L&D; solutions to colleagues across Italy stores and the regional office. This role will have responsibility for leading a team of learning professionals to deliver and continually elevate an ambitious learning agenda. Working in close partnership with P&C; and management teams in market, the role will be accountable for ensuring colleagues at all levels have access to high-quality learning and development experiences to support their in-role performance, development, and future growth.
