.OverviewYou will join the Office Incentive Systems, supporting the team, working in a consultancy, oriented manner in managing various remuneration related topics and projects simultaneouslyWhat you'll be doing Support to the Remuneration Committee Definition of the Remuneration Policies at Group and Company levels Design of specific incentive systems at Group and Company levels Support in compliance and audit processesWho we're looking forFluent in EnglishKnowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services businesses (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP_IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITIS V)Knowledge of short term incentive systemKnowledge of long term equity based systemStrong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint)Performance measurement skillsAnalytical skills (Excel; Access)Previous experience in a Compensation team in a financial services Company5-10 years of experienceWhat we offerGross annual salary starting from 55,000The Group provides a performance-related variable component in line with the Group's Remuneration Policies available on the Group websiteAdditional benefits set out by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Banking sector and company-level agreementsOpportunities for professional development to support your growthA wide range of training programs through our Corporate Academy,
