You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal risks and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct legal research to identify potential risks and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in all legal processes.
- Support contract negotiations and facilitate clear communication between parties.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in contract review, drafting, or legal advisory roles is required.
- Knowledge of corporate law,



compliance, and regulatory frameworks is essential.
- Strong research and analytical skills to assess legal risks and solutions.
- Proficiency in legal document management systems or relevant tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication for legal and non-legal stakeholders.
