Overview In this role, you help clients manage risk and build resilience using AI-driven approaches. You will work on risk analytics, policy and governance, and enterprise risk management across industries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. The position combines advanced modeling with AI tools to quantify risk, stress-test scenarios, and improve decision-making.

and risk culture through improved decision-making and controls Contribute to risk data management, analytics, and digitization initiatives Participate in cross-functional client projects and knowledge-sharing activities Requisiti fondamentali ~ Master's degree in a quantitative field or related discipline ~2+ years in risk management, quantitative analysis/modelling, or risk-focused consultancy ~ Experience with AI agents or agentic technologies ~ Proficiency in Python or R; knowledge of SQL/NoSQL/Matlab/SAS is a plus ~ Willingness to travel ~ Strong communication in English and local office language(s) ~ Collaborative teamwork ~ Strong analytical thinking ~ Adaptability and resilience ~ AI/GenAI/LLM awareness ~ NLP and deep learning ~ Quantitative risk modelling
