Antaisolar
Independently develop the Italian solar PV market and build relationships with key customers, including EPC companies, project developers, power plant owners and other major industry partners. Identify business opportunities for ground‐mounted, rooftop and BIPV mounting system projects. Manage the full sales process, from initial customer contact and project development to technical solution coordination, commercial negotiation and contract signing.
Work closely with the internal technical team to provide suitable solutions based on customer and project requirements. Achieve annual sales targets and continuously expand Antaisolar's presence in the Italian market. Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure smooth order execution and on‐time delivery.
Maintain long‐term relationships with key local customers and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitor
Italian market trends and competitor activities and provide market insights and recommendations for local business strategy. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, customer meetings and other business development activities.Bachelor's degree or above.
Experience in solar PV, renewable energy or related B2 B sales is preferred. Strong customer development, communication and commercial negotiation skills.
Fluent
Italian as a working language. Strong business English communication skills. Existing relationships with Italian solar customers, EPC companies, developers or other relevant industry partners will be a strong advantage. Native or near‐native Italian proficiency is preferred; Chinese language skills are considered a plus.
