In this role you will develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and oversee business development. You will lead the sales and marketing teams, analyze market dynamics, and manage key client relationships to align with the company's strategic goals. You will work with C-Suite peers to ensure commercial initiatives support overall business direction and monitor performance for continuous improvement.

salary range 140.000 to 160.000

Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth

Identify new market opportunities and oversee business development initiatives

Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve objectives

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders





Collaborate with other C-Suite members to align commercial goals with overall business strategy

Monitor and report on the performance of commercial activities, ensuring continuous improvement

Oversee budget planning and ensure optimal allocation of resources

Proven experience in leading commercial teams within the Plastics and Polymer Industry sector

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills

Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs

Exceptional communication and leadership abilities

Proficiency in developing and executing business plans A degree in business, economics, or a related field
