What You'll Do:




· Lead by example as a MK Ambassador, ensuring exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.· Maintain floor and stock presence.
- Build and maintain effective communication with the management team to drive store performance.
- Use of Product Knowledge packs to become a Selling Expert to advise our customers with passion and confidence.· Understand business results and opportunities to drive sales. You'll Need to Have: · Excitement and enthusiasm to work in fast paced retail environment with relevant sales experience.
