?????? ?????? ?????????? & ???????? ?????????? ????Palomba General Trading LLC is seeking an experienced Powder Processing & Particle Technology Applications Manager – Europe to support industrial process-equipment projects across Italy and selected European markets.

The role focuses on the behaviour, processing and industrial handling of powders and particulate materials across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, botanical, specialty ingredient and related manufacturing sectors.

The successful candidate will work between industrial customers, international process-equipment manufacturers and specialist engineering teams.

This is not a conventional sales-manager position.

Candidates should have genuine technical understanding of:

- particle-size reduction;
- powder mixing and blending;
- particle behaviour;
- flowability;
- segregation;
- feeding and dosing;
- contained transfer;
- pneumatic conveying;
- bulk-solids handling;
- dust control;
- industrial scale-up.

????? ??? ????Powder-processing problems rarely originate from a single piece of equipment. A manufacturer may report poor blend uniformity while the real cause may be:

- segregation after discharge;
- uncontrolled particle-size distribution;

Strong practical experience with powder-processing equipment.

Strong understanding of particle behaviour. Customer-facing technical experience required.

Ability to interpret

- process-flow diagrams;
- equipment specifications;

Experience with laboratory or pilot trials preferred. Experience with industrial scale-up preferred.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Italian language capability is strongly preferred.

German language skills are advantageous.

Availability for regular European travel.
