Overview
In this role, you will support the execution of technology marketing for Baker Hughes' portfolio, translating technical capabilities into market-ready value propositions. You collaborate with Product Management, Technology, Engineering, and Commercial teams to enable differentiated positioning and successful go-to-market activities. You'll contribute to competitive intelligence and benchmarking to sharpen differentiation and marketing effectiveness. This position sits in the CTM Center of Experience, focusing on building capability in product and technology marketing. You will work across cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, customer-focused outputs aligned with the Baker Hughes brand.

Responsabilità
- Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions
- Translate features into customer-oriented benefits and outcomes




- Contribute to go-to-market activities including launches, updates, and lifecycle milestones
- Create marketing assets and enablement content (briefs, sales tools, digital content)
- Monitor competitor marketing activity and benchmark messaging against key competitors
- Provide inputs to leadership to refine product positioning and messaging
- Collaborate with Product Management, Technology, Engineering, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment
- Support regional marketing communications and sales with enablement materials
- Coordinate with Brand and Internal Communications teams for consistent activation across channels

Requisiti fondamentali
- 4–6+ years in product marketing, technology marketing, or related field
- Experience with technical, industrial, or B2B technology products/services
- Exposure to competitor analysis, market research, or benchmarking
- Experience working in matrixed or cross-funct
