Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie (CDP Pastry) to lead the pastry galley on board. You will direct a diverse pastry team, oversee production, and ensure quality and presentation of pastries across daily menus.

You will forecast production, control leftovers to minimize waste, and ensure USPH rules are followed. Strong leadership, communication, and cost-management skills are essential for success on a luxury cruise ship.
