POSITION AND DEPARTMENT
KKDC is a lighting manufacturer specialising in LED solutions for high-end architectural projects, with R&D; and manufacturing in Seoul, design and marketing collaboration in the UK, and sales offices in 15 cities worldwide. Founded in Milan in 2016, KKDC Italy provides sales and technical support to lighting designers in Italy and Switzerland and to French key accounts. Our multicultural team has been involved in more than 400 lighting projects and works closely with KKDC teams in Asia, Europe, the US and Australia.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive intern who learns quickly, asks the right questions and progressively takes ownership of routine activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and update quotations, price lists and sales documents.
- Support the sales team with project administration, reports, Excel files and presentations.
- Prepare shipping documents; receive, check and dispatch goods, samples and parcels.
- Keep files, databases and project documentation up to date, and support general office administration.
- Handle emails, calls and correspondence with clients, suppliers and couriers.
- Work with other KKDC offices and support marketing events and social media content.

- Listens carefully and asks questions when something is unclear, and builds on what they learn day by day.
- Takes responsibility for tasks, follows them through and says so promptly if something can’t be completed.
- Shows initiative and looks for solutions before asking for help.
- Is comfortable with numbers and documents, and can manage several tasks without losing track of priorities.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients and suppliers in a multicultural, international environment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Your degree is not what matters to us. Your attitude is.
No specific degree or previous experience is required. KKDC Italy is a small team: we will teach you the products, processes, software and languages you need. What we expect is commitment, reliability, respect for your colleagues and a genuine willingness to work and learn.
