Overview
Join our Delivery Assurance team to steer digital transformation initiatives across public sector and healthcare clients. You'll own delivery and implementation after setup, applying Prince2 and Agile methods to drive measurable change. Work within the SHaPE practice, collaborating with senior leaders to craft practical, impactful solutions. Responsabilità
- Lead delivery and implementation of digital transformation, organizational development, process optimization, service redesign, and governance & process management for public sector clients
- Manage project setup and ongoing delivery using Prince2 and Agile frameworks
- Collaborate with senior management to deliver practical, high-impact solutions




- Measure success by client impact and sustainability of benefits after project completion
- Identify value-creation opportunities and deliver innovative changes in service design, governance, and workforce capability building
- Plan, deliver, and implement organizational changes with appropriate tools and methods
- Work in Milan or Rome within the SHaPE practice to support public, social, and healthcare entities

Requisiti fondamentali
- Masters degree in Business, Economics or Engineering
- 1+ years of delivery experience in digital transformation projects in the public sector or public healthcare
- Solid knowledge of project management delivery using MS Project, Prince2, Agile or similar
- Highly analytical with strong conceptual problem-solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and determination to overcome challenges
- Ability to tailor communication to diverse stakeholders
