Florence is alive with energy — and it's the seamless flow of our membership spaces that keeps everything moving. As our Member Operations Intern, you'll be the quiet engine behind the scenes, making sure everything from coworking desks to member queries gets handled with care and efficiency. Some days you'll be managing bookings and making sure the space looks and feels exactly right. Other days you'll be leading tours, troubleshooting on the fly, helping members access what they need or working with the team to tighten up how things run. No two shifts look the same — and that's exactly the point. If you're someone who notices the details others miss and loves the satisfaction of a well-run operation, you'll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the coworking spaces and rooftop, including managing rooftop operations by assisting guests, providing towels, ensuring the area is clean, tidy, and well-organized, and delivering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
