For the M&A; Legal team in the Milan office, we are looking for a professional within the team who will be responsible for activities related to extraordinary corporate transactions.
Legal due diligence activities;Drafting of contracts related to the completion of acquisition transactions (company and share package acquisitions) and assistance in the various negotiation phases;Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, corporate reorganizations, etc.);Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters;Doctrinal and case law research activities.

Are – Your Skills and QualificationsThis opportunity is perfect for you if you have:1-2 years experience in a leading firms or Legal consulting;Master's degree in Law with a grade higher than 105/110;Excellent knowledge of the English language;Excellent knowledge of the Office package;Flexibility and dynamism.
