The opportunity For our teams in Milano, Lodi, Lecce, Bologna, Novara, Rivoli, and Roma , we're looking for Labour Consultants who will become trusted partners for our clients, providing ongoing support, expert advice, and practical guidance on labour, tax, social security, and welfare matters. What you'll be doing Manage a portfolio of medium-sized and large companies , including international clients.

Provide day-to-day support, guidance, and practical solutions to clients on labour and payroll matters. Act as a trusted point of reference for our payroll teams and colleagues. Carry out audits related to public procurement and contracting procedures .





What you'll bring At least 5 years of experience as a Labour Consultant , gained within a labour consultancy firm or an outsourcing company. Registration with the Italian Register of Labour Consultants (Albo dei Consulenti del Lavoro) . At least 3 years of hands‐on payroll experience , with the ability to independently manage the entire payroll cycle.

Proven experience managing medium-sized and large clients . Strong knowledge of the main Italian National Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL) , particularly in the Commerce & Services, Metalworking, Craft, Chemical, Entertainment (ENPALS), Construction, and Public Contracts sectors. Good command of English and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office .

Experience with Zucchetti payroll software is a plus. A mature, professional, and customer-focused approach to both internal and external stakeholders. The ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with payroll professionals.

Hybrid Type of collaboration: Self-employed / VAT-registered professional (P. IVA) 3,000–€5,000 , to be agreed upon during the contract negotiation.
