Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its Corporate M&A; group with the appointment of a Junior Associate based in our Milan office.

RequirementsItalian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.Current license to practice law in Italy.
Between 1 and 2 years PQE in the Corporate M&A; field, gained in a comparable law firm.
High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus. Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
Excellent negotiation and communications skills. Global mentality and enthusiasm.
