You'll work on real-world codebases involving feature development, debugging, refactoring, and performance optimization. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement features in existing open-source projects. Fix complex bugs and improve code reliability. Refactor legacy code for better performance, scalability, and readability. Apply algorithms and efficient problem-solving techniques. Review and validate code against project standards. Collaborate with remote contributors and document technical solutions. Provide clear technical explanations of implementations.
Required Skills
Python 3 Java Rust C++ Type Script Algorithms & Problem Solving Bug Fixing Feature Implementation Codebase Refactoring Performance Optimization Preferred Qualifications Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages. Experience contributing to open-source projects. Background in competitive programming or complex algorithmic problem solving. Strong code review, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Compensation
Output-based: Payment is provided per completed task that meets project requirements. Minimum weekly submission requirements apply. Start Timeline Roles are typically filled within 48 hours . Selected candidates should be ready to begin within 24-48 hours after onboarding .
