Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Intern to assist our team during the implementation of a new operational system. This internship will focus primarily on data migration activities, helping ensure that information is accurately reviewed, organized, and transferred into the new platform.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in data management, business systems, and travel operations while contributing to a meaningful company-wide project. The successful candidate will support the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the migration of data from existing platforms into the new system.
- Review, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Support with data cleansing activities, identifying missing, duplicate, or outdated information.
- Perform quality checks and testing to verify data has been correctly transferred and displayed within the new platform.
- Maintain organized records of migration progress and report discrepancies or issues.
- Assist with documenting processes, procedures, and system-related guidelines.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to gather and verify information when needed.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of information and repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of precision.
- Enthusiasm, professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with a good command of both languages.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Previous experience with data entry, administrative support, databases, or similar activities is an advantage but not required.
- Interest in travel, tourism, hospitality, or technology is considered a plus.
