Offer Description Active collaboration in the management of the project Compassionate Leadership: an Italian Model;

Active participation in the Action Research meetings to be held at the premises of the involved healthcare organizations,



as well as in meetings with organizational leadership and regional leadership;

Reporting and processing of the contents of the Action Research modules;

Active collaboration in publications related to the research project;

Development of new project initiatives based on compassionate leadership, also from an international and interdisciplinary perspective;

Collaboration xkiyazw in third mission activities, including the project Compassionate UniverCity, developing the module related to grief management in organizations;

Active participation in student orientation days and didactical support activities.
