As a Sr Mfg Support Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and coordinate manufacturing support activities to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality output. You will oversee a team responsible for providing technical and operational support to manufacturing, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will report directly to our Manufacturing Manager and you'll work out of our Trieste, Italy location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and team performance, contributing to the overall success of Honeywell Building Automation's manufacturing operations. YOU MUST HAVEProven experience in manufacturing support or supervisory roles within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Experience in leading teams and driving operational improvements.
Familiarity with manufacturing support tools and systems relevant to production environments. WE VALUEBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
Experience in the building automation or related industrial sectors.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
