Descrizione Reporting directly to the CEO and with extensive direct exposure to the shareholders, the Group CFO will lead and oversee the Administration, Finance and Controlling functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial leadership to partner with the CEO in driving the Group business, ensuring long-term financial stability, sustainable growth, and value creationLead the delivery, accuracy, and timeliness of the Group's financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecastingOptimize the Group cash flow, working capital, and overall liquidity to preserve financial strength and enable strategic investmentsManage relationships with banking partners and investors while continuously optimizing the capital structure and funding strategyBuild, guide, and develop a high-performing finance team,



fostering a culture of accountability and collaborationDiffuse and consolidate a data-driven culture and approach to decision-making within the organization
Requirements: Minimum 5 years of proven track record as CFO in industrial businesses of similar complexityExtensive background in managing group-level control, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting within fast-paced, dynamic environmentsPragmatic, hands-on operational mindset with demonstrated success in building scalable economic and financial control systems, processes and teamsExceptional analytical rigor, advanced problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-makingResult-driven attitude backed by strong project management capabilitiesStrong team member, excellent standing, and communication skillsIndicative compensation: 150k–230k + MIP
