Overview
Analytical, proactive professional responsible for end-to-end demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply alignment. You will bridge Sales, Marketing, Finance and Logistics, leveraging SAP and AI/ML tools to boost forecast accuracy, service levels and working capital efficiency. You’ll lead S&OP;, monitor demand patterns and drive product launches and lifecycle decisions in a fast-paced pharma context. This role offers impact across functions and opportunities to shape planning processes with modern technologies.

Responsabilità
- Develop and maintain cross-portfolio demand forecasts aligned with supply capabilities
- Lead and coordinate monthly S&OP; with cross-functional teams
- Monitor forecast accuracy KPIs, market trends and demand signals
- Manage inventory, safety stock and product availability while minimizing obsolescence
- Collaborate with manufacturing, suppliers and logistics to mitigate supply risks




- Support product launches, lifecycle management and strategic supply projects
- Leverage SAP, AI forecasting tools and BI platforms to improve planning
- Prepare analyses and dashboards (IQV) to inform decisions

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree or 2+ years in Demand & Supply Planning or similar
- Experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory management or S&OP;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-to-insights capability
- ERP experience, preferably SAP, and planning tools
- Familiarity with AI, predictive analytics and digital forecasting solutions
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken)
