In this role you drive end-to-end Workday HCM implementations for a varied client portfolio, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system configurations. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers from requirements gathering through deployment and knowledge transfer while supporting pre-sales efforts. You'll work within Workday's culture of integrity and collaboration, contributing to AI adoption initiatives and internal optimization projects.

and post-production knowledge transfer Engage in pre-sales activities and translate aspirations into configurable solutions Collaborate with Data and Integration teams to ensure seamless delivery Participate in internal initiatives focused on optimization and AI adoption Deliver 1–3 full-cycle implementation projects in the first year 7+ years in HCM software solutions or systems 7+ years of consulting experience Business analysis and requirements gathering skills Strong stakeholder management and trust-building abilities Detail-oriented problem solver with focus on exceptional customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn technology quickly through various mediums Remote work adaptability and autonomy Willingness to travel up to 25% Fluency in English and Italian trust-building effective communication Workday HCM HCM implementation requirements gathering
