In this role you will design, implement, and optimize functional test (FCT) processes for PCBA and complex electronic systems to ensure high quality while reducing cycle times and costs. You will interface with customers across the product life cycle, coordinate cross-product planning, and manage project documentation and KPIs. You will identify risks and implement contingency plans, collaborating with R&D; to drive improvements.

This position blends hardware, software, and process optimization to support efficient production testing and reliability.

Responsabilità

- Develop functional test strategies based on specifications and DfT principles
- Write and maintain test code in languages such as C, C++, LabVIEW, Python, and TestStand for instrumentation interfacing
- Design and integrate custom test fixtures, interfaces, and electronic load circuits
- Analyze production data to identify defect patterns, reduce false rejects, and shorten test times




- Perform root cause analysis on test failures and collaborate with R&D; for design or process improvements
- Create SOPs, calibration instructions, and technical manuals for production operators
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of test systems on the production line

Requisiti fondamentali
- Excellent knowledge of test development environments (NI LabVIEW, TestStand)
- Automation-oriented programming languages (Python, C/C++)
- Hands-on experience with digital multimeters, xkiyazw oscilloscopes, signal generators, programmable power supplies, electronic loads
- Ability to read complex electrical schematics and understand digital/analog signals and protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Ethernet)
- Familiarity with IPC standards and Lean Manufacturing in Quality Control
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a team with strong problem-solving skills
