Overview
In this Site Engineer role you support construction management on international projects, overseeing technical and administrative aspects of production and coordinating activities to meet contractual and technical requirements. You will help plan and monitor execution, supervise on-site teams, and ensure quality, safety and environmental standards. The position offers exposure to large-scale, complex works across diverse sectors and requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders. You will contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes within a global, sustainability-driven business.
Responsabilità
- Implement working methods approved by the Construction Manager
- Apply quality, environment and safety plans on site
- Supervise and monitor on-site production personnel and subcontractors
- Organise all site construction activities and resources
- Prepare operational plans ensuring objectives meet contractual and technical specs




- Assist in drafting operational methods with the technical office and Designer
- Check on-site work and record tests performed
- Stop non-conforming work per contract requirements
- Collaborate with QA, HS, Environmental and Sustainability Managers to address non-conformities
- Suggest corrective actions and preventive measures to avoid recurrence

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- 3-5 years of construction sector experience in similar roles on large, complex projects
- Advanced English (oral and written) for international clients
- Excellent communication and verbal skills
- Ability to manage personal stress
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong teamwork orientation
- Strong collaborative skills
- Microsoft Office
