BMC Software, Inc. is seeking a post‐sales Customer Success Leader based in Italy or fully remote in Italy. You will own adoption and value realization for priority accounts and deliver a tailored Success Blueprint with executive‐level collaboration.
Responsibilities include driving customer success, mitigating risk, and aligning cross‐functional teams (Sales, Services, Engineering, Marketing, Product) to meet strategic goals. Fluency in English and Italian is required.
