Overview
In this role you drive growth for the Compact Hydraulics business in mobile machinery, building strong OEM and distributor relationships. You combine technical insight with commercial acumen to identify opportunities and promote integrated hydraulic solutions. You will work closely with the Application Engineering team to tailor solutions and support offers. The position sits in a collaborative sales team focused on expanding the customer base and revenue. This is an opportunity to influence product adoption and project success in a globally connected hydraulic environment.
Responsabilità
- Manage and grow the assigned customer portfolio
- Identify new business opportunities and projects with customers and potential customers
- Promote the Compact Hydraulics product range and solutions
- Define and implement sales development plans with management
- Analyze customer application needs and propose suitable solutions
- Collaborate with Application Engineering to define technical solutions




- Support preparation and negotiation of commercial offers
- Manage quoting process and opportunities follow-up
- Update CRM/ERP systems, monitor pipeline and forecasts
- Support budgets and sales plans preparation

Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-5 years in technical-sales roles, Application Engineering, or Sales Engineering in industrial sectors
- Experience in hydraulics (oleodynamics), mobile machinery, or industrial automation is highly preferred
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation, or Management Engineering, or related technical disciplines
