About the Role

We are looking for a driven, proactive candidate to join our Slewing Rings and Ball Bearing Business Unit and play a key role in promoting the wider Gruppo Rima product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

· Assisting the Sales Manager to nurture existing accounts and unlock new business opportunities.

· Prepare commercial proposals and ensure rapid, effective follow-up.

· Spearhead lead generation initiatives and collaborate seamlessly with sales teams across our international subsidiaries.

· Handle order processing and management, with full training provided on our internal ERP and CRM platforms.

· Represent the company at international trade exhibitions and manage post-event outreach.

· Travel internationally for customer visits and events as business needs require.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Criteria

· English working proficiency (B2–C1 level).

· Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.

· Flexibility to travel internationally, in line with the exhibition calendar and sales network demands.

· Full driving licence (Category B).

Desirable Skills

· German working proficiency (B2–C1 level).

· Fluency in additional languages.

· Experience with ERP and CRM software.

· Additional technical background.

· Technical qualification or an interest in industrial and technical products.





· Previous experience in a sales team or back office.
