Overview
In this role you support the Sales organization to grow profitable market share while safeguarding the adidas brand. You act as the primary contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships with decision makers to position adidas as the preferred supplier. You translate customer insights into account and category plans and drive sell-in, sell-out and online/offline performance. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, oversee assortment planning, and help forecast by account and category to sustain growth and brand impact.

Responsabilità
- Serve as first point of contact and relationship ambassador for assigned customers
- Build account/category mid-term plans aligned with company strategy to win market share
- Plan, organize and manage sell-in campaigns respecting cut-offs and seasonal targets
- Analyze order entry,



sell-out and market share across online and offline channels
- Visit customers to monitor brand execution and competitive actions (SWOT analysis)
- Leverage reorder and clearance tools to support sell-out and growth
- Drive the digital development of accounts to elevate adidas brand on e-commerce
- Lead assortment planning within distribution policy to differentiate in the market
- Collaborate with Finance Planning & Analysis on qualitative, accurate forecasting by account and category
- Maintain awareness of all channels to ensure a holistic marketplace view

Requisiti fondamentali
