A&O; IT Group is seeking a staff IT Support Engineer to join as a freelance contractor in Rome. The role involves 1st line IT support for desktops, printers, and mobile devices, with responsibility for installation, testing, and problem resolution within established guidelines.

You will work on-site from 8:00 to 19:00, Monday through Friday, with potential after-hours on-call support. Prior experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office products is preferred.
