Directorof Pharmacy Position: Full-Time Salary: $187,000–$210,000peryear Schedule: Monday–Friday,9:00 AM–5:00 PM Location: Oakland, CA Position Overview Weareseekinganexperienced Directorof Pharmacytooverseeoperationsacrosstwo FQHCCommunity Health Centersin Oakland, Californiathatfocusonprovidinghealthservicestothe BIPOCcommunity.

Servingasthe

Pharmacist-in-Charge(PIC),thisrolecombinesleadership,operationaloversight,andadeepcommitmenttocommunityhealthcare.

The Directorwillleadthe

Pharmacy&Therapeutics;(P&T;)Committee,managethe340 BDrug Pricing Program,andensurecompliancewithallfederalandstateregulationswhilementoringadedicatedteam. The FQHCCommunity Health Clinichasbeeninoperationforover20yearsandoffers Mental Health, Primary Care Medical, Physical Therapy,&Dentistryservicestothe; BIPOCcommunity.

Key Responsibilities

Leadday-to-daypharmacyoperationsandmaintaincompliancewith California Boardof Pharmacyand HRSAstandards. Serveas PICforaudits,licensing,andqualityinitiatives. Directthe P&TCommittee;,ensuringsafeandeffectiveformularymanagement.



Overseethe340 BDrug Pricing Programwithfull HRSAcompliance. Mentorpharmacists,technicians,interns,andexterns.

Ensurethepharmacyisinfullcompliancewith Alameda

County, Contra Costa County, Californiaand Federalregulations Manageprocurement,inventory,andmedicationstorage. Collaboratewithproviderstooptimizemedicationsafetyandcostefficiency. Supporteducationalandoutreachprogramswithinthecommunity.

Requirements

Pharm Dor BPharmfromanaccreditedinstitution. Active California Pharmacistlicense. Minimum5yearsofpharmacyexperience; FQHCexperiencepreferred. Proven340 BProgrammanagement;prior PICexperiencepreferred. Strongleadershipandcommunicationskills. Spanish-speakingabilitypreferred.
