Raven is a proprietary crypto market-making and high-frequency trading firm. We trade spot, perpetuals, and prediction markets with dedicated low-latency infrastructure across eight major trading regions. We hire competitive individuals and natural problem solvers with a record of ranking at something hard, whether competitive programming, games, or mathematics, who treat an unfamiliar problem as a challenge rather than an obstacle. We can teach markets; we cannot teach drive. We build our own stack end to end, from connectivity and pricing through execution, monitoring, and research data.
THE ROLE
We are looking for developers and traders interested in building systems for on‐chain markets. You will work on strategies and infrastructure interacting directly with decentralized protocols, where execution, timing, and market structure are critical.
What You'll Own developing trading systems interacting with De Fi protocols designing and implementing on‐chain execution strategies researching opportunities across different chains and protocols building tools and infrastructure for on‐chain trading optimizing execution, latency, and capital efficiency monitoring and improving live trading performance WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR strong programming skills (Rust, Python, Go, or similar) understanding of blockchain fundamentals and smart contracts strong analytical and problem‐solving skills experience working in Linux environments interest in De Fi markets and trading systems Nice to have experience interacting with smart contracts or Web3 tooling familiarity with on‐chain trading, MEV, or protocol design Why join Raven work on systems operating in real on‐chain markets collaborate directly with traders and engineers explore new and rapidly evolving market structures see your work directly impact trading performance LOGISTICS Sofia (Bulgaria) or Milan (Italy), with no preference between them.
