We are hiring Text Situated Alignment Specialists for a short-term AI Conversation Evaluation project across: Italy

Role: Text Situated Alignment Specialist – High Cost

Experience: 3–5+ Years of Direct Relevant Experience

Mode: Remote

Engagement: Contractor / Short-Term Contract

Start: Immediate

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Technical Qualification:

- Strong professional experience in context gathering, interviewing, qualitative assessment, case review, or advisory work.
- Ability to review conversations and identify missing, critical, or decision-relevant context.
- Ability to determine whether additional information could have changed a recommendation or decision.
- Strong understanding of qualitative assessment, structured evaluation, and contextual reasoning.
- Ability to distinguish critical “load-bearing” information from non-essential or descriptive information.
- Experience identifying relevant information when initial information is incomplete or ambiguous.
- Ability to evaluate conversations objectively and provide structured, evidence-based feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience reviewing interviews, consultations, coaching sessions, client interactions, or similar conversations is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

Mandatory: Relevant professional education, degree, license, certification, or equivalent expertise in one or more of the following:

- Licensed Social Work: MSW or equivalent with LCSW, LICSW, LMSW, or equivalent credential.
- Counseling / Therapy / Psychology: MA/MS with LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or equivalent license/credential; or PhD/PsyD in Clinical, Counseling, Social, or I-O Psychology.
- Qualitative Research / HCI / Communication: MA/PhD or equivalent expertise in HCI, Communication, Anthropology, Sociology, Qualitative Research, UX/User Research, or related fields.
- Mediation / Coaching / Advisory:



Relevant professional qualification or credential with significant direct advisory or client-facing experience.

Preferred: Advanced experience in qualitative research, conversation analysis, thematic analysis, client assessment, counseling, coaching, mediation, advisory services, or structured case review.

Availability :

- Ability to work remotely on a short-term AI conversation evaluation project.
- Availability according to project requirements.
- Candidates must be based in the Italy.
- Immediate availability preferred.

Others:

- Personal laptop/desktop and stable high-speed internet.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to consistently follow structured evaluation guidelines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of project materials and client information.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in qualitative assessments.

What You’ll Work On:

- Review AI conversations involving real-world interpersonal and everyday decision-making scenarios.
- Identify missing or critical context and recommend relevant follow-up questions.
- Evaluate whether additional information could have changed an AI recommendation.
- Distinguish between critical “load-bearing” information and non-essential information.
- Conduct qualitative reviews and document findings using structured evaluation guidelines.
- Review interviews, consultations, coaching sessions, or client interactions for missed clarification opportunities.
- Identify opportunities where the AI should have gathered additional context before providing recommendations.
- Assess whether the AI appropriately recognized uncertainty, ambiguity, or missing information.
- Provide structured feedback on conversational quality and contextual reasoning.
- Support AI conversation evaluation research by delivering consistent, high-quality assessments.
