We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to manage key client relationships from capacity planning and project delivery through to ongoing account management.

Based in Ferrera Erbognone, Italy, you will act as a trusted partner to key customers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to support future business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and manage ongoing relationships
- Understand customer capacity, site selection, and future expansion requirements
- Lead and coordinate responses to RFIs, RFPs, and commercial discussions
- Develop business cases, management presentations, and approval papers
- Manage project delivery against agreed milestones and ready-for-service dates




- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of client requirements
- Manage escalations, reporting, and performance reviews
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring

Minimum requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years' experience in customer success, account management, client management, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience within data centres, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or project-driven environments is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Fluent English required; Italian and/or French language skills would be beneficial
