Overview We are looking for a Creative Director The successful candidate will join our Creative Team and bring 10+ years of experience, ideally gained within leading international creative agencies. This role requires a strong creative vision,
proven leadership capabilities and the ability to drive impactful work across multiple brands and disciplines.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative vision and development of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Social, Experiential and Emerging Media channels.
- Oversee multiple projects and accounts simultaneously, ensuring the highest standards of creative excellence and consistency.
- Shape innovative communication strategies and transform business challenges into culturally relevant creative opportunities.
- Partner closely with Strategy, Client Services and Production teams to deliver work that is both creatively outstanding and commercially effective.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, acting as a senior creative partner and strategic advisor.
- Present and defend creative ideas with authority, inspiring confidence both internally and externally.
- Lead, mentor and grow multidisciplinary creative teams, fostering talent development and a culture of creative ambition.
- Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends, technologies and cultural shifts that can elevate the agency's work.
Qualifications Who you are:
- 10+ years of experience within leading creative agencies.
- Strong background in Art Direction or Copywriting, with an award-winning portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative leadership and execution.
- Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns for national and international brands.
- Experience managing multiple teams and large-scale creative projects.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and elevate creative talent.
- Excellent client management,
storytelling and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a strong understanding of business and brand challenges.
- Passionate about creativity, culture, innovation and industry evolution.
- Fluent in English.

Compensation Annual Gross Salary Range (RAL) €80,000 – €100,000
- The salary range has been determined based on objective and neutral criteria, including role responsibilities, required competencies, organizational level, market benchmarks, and internal equity considerations.
- The indicated salary range is valid at the time of publication. The Company reserves the right to update it if necessary.
