In this role you will drive clinical decision support for products and solutions including sales presentations, product demonstrations, and educating sales teams on emerging clinical issues for CS (Cardiac Solutions) segment.
Your role
Providing primary training and education to customersAssisting in disseminating technical product information to customers and executing hospital's staff training, also in the cath lab during clinical procedures.
Achieving and growing disposable utilization in the assigned territory; assisting in advancing disposable revenue and market position consistent with territory, division, and company goals.
Monitoring the use of Philips laser systems in the assigned territory, by regular contact with the users, in order to ensure confidence in Philips IGT-D products and systems. Assisting each step of Philips laser system utilization, from the delivery to the cath-lab support.
Building solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including hospital physicians, catheter laboratory personnel, training/education, research, and business office staff. Interfacing with Marketing and other internal groups to quantify needs and to provide intelligence to management on competitive products and company product enhancements.
Implementing business development activities on the field for increasing awareness about cardiac implantable electronic device infection. Organizing round tables/cardiac implantable electronic device infection meetings involving the different stakeholders that manage patients with infection.
Processing and monitoring product complaints per company procedures.

Ba/MSc degree in a biomedical engineering or clinical/science related field2 - 5 yrs experience of clinical support in a cath-labEnglish fluency and Italian language as local languangeAvailability to travel 70-80% of the time to support cath-lab disposable usage in the areaExcellent customer orientation and stakeholder management skillsð Location Flexibility: This role can be based in Milan area, focusing on the Northern Italy regionsCompensation & benefitsDoing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base annual salary range for this role is 36,100 - 51,980. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience, and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations.

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
