At Bacardi, you will play a key role in creating value by driving sales performance and strengthening relationships with key customers across the Venice area.

You will help build the legacy of our iconic portfolio while delivering commercial excellence and bringing our brands to life at the point of purchase.

✔ Must-have requirements:

- Experience in sales within a leading FMCG company.
- First-hand field sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of Venice On-Trade market.
- Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational, administrative and prioritization capabilities.
- Positive attitude mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
- Valid driving licence.
