Responsabilità Collaborate with technologists, designers, and strategists to deliver digital solutions for clients
Develop software products from ground up and coach client teams on best practices
Mentor client teams on engineering culture, user-centric design, and Agile values
Engage in cross-functional problem-solving to shape digital strategies and scalable architectures
Turn digital ambitions into reality through hands-on technical execution across industries
Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor, Master, or PhD in computer science, ML, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or AI
1+ years of full-stack development experience
Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical teammates
Hands-on experience across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind), backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET), and databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL)
Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP); Docker and CI/CD
Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and system reliability
Experience in Agile teams and sprint ceremonies
Experience pair programming with other developers
Strong time management in autonomous
