We are recruiting on behalf of our prestigious international client for an Arabic-Speaking B2B Sales Representative to join their team in Athens, Greece.

This is a fully onsite position in Athens , ideal for commercially driven professionals who enjoy developing business relationships, identifying opportunities and working towards sales targets in an international environment.

The Role

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will engage with Arabic-speaking business customers and prospects, identify their needs and develop relevant commercial opportunities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Engaging with Arabic-speaking business customers and prospects
- Identifying customer needs and potential sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong B2B client relationships
- Presenting products and solutions according to customers' business needs
- Managing the sales process and following up with prospective customers
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales information in internal systems
- Collaborating with an international sales team to achieve commercial objectives

Your Profile
- Fluent Arabic speaker




- Good command of English
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset and results-oriented approach
- Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs
- Currently based in Portugal or willing to relocate to Athens
- Available to work onsite in Athens
- Must be an EU citizen OR already hold a valid work/residence permit allowing employment in Athens
- Visa/work-permit sponsorship is not available for this position
