As Application Product Technical Leader at Valeo Pianezza, you will serve as the technical referent in your domain, shaping standards and driving best practices across sites. You'll support OEMs with technical solutions during RFQ phases and translate stakeholder requirements into concrete work packages and architectures. You'll coach teams, deliver training, and steer complex projects toward valuable customer outcomes in automotive lighting.

This role offers international exposure and the chance to advance cutting-edge lighting technologies to improve safety and comfort.

Responsabilità
- Act as the domain referent, consolidate standards, and drive improvements across the organization
- Support sites during RFQ phases by selecting suitable technical solutions
- Gather and consolidate stakeholder requirements for complex projects, aligning conflicting needs




- Perform technical reviews of project activities at site and group level
- Develop feature lists and organize work packages to maximize value per phase
- Coach and certify technical reviewers and trainers at site and group levels
- Deliver technical training considering multicultural environments
- Contribute to system architecture and high-level design for new products
- Communicate progress in internal and external project meetings
- Commit to performance levels of the provided technical solutions
- Collaborate with Design Leaders & Project Management on discipline development planning
- Travel to meet xkiyazw OEMs/customers as needed

Requisiti fondamentali
- University education in engineering/technical field (Mandatory)
- 3 years experience in Engineering / Project Management roles focused on automotive lighting product development
- Fluent English and Good Italian (B2 level minimum mandatory)
