Reporting to the General Manager,



the DoS will be a key member of the executive team of the property.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement sales action plan in co-operation with the Property and Head Office team;Determine revenue and expenditure budgets in co-operation with internal and Head Office team;Determine appropriate sales strategies in all market segments with the aim of maximizing the Hotel revenues;Control of expenses on a regular basis;Execute sales action plan;Acquire new local/national/international accounts (prospect and solicit new accounts via telemarketing and cold calling);Continually fill in database with clients and potential clients;
