Role Overview:
As Uptalent.io’s Business Development Manager , you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth. You’ll focus on both outbound and inbound initiatives, independently creating and managing efforts that generate leads and turn prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching markets,



analyzing trends, and targeting high-value prospects across industries.
Client Acquisition : Manage the entire sales cycle, from generating and nurturing leads to closing deals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
Strategic Partnerships : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers to expand Uptalent.io’s reach and visibility.
Data-Driven Growth : Analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies and continuously optimize growth efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with leadership and operations teams to align growth initiatives with overall company goals and ensure a high-quality client experience.
Outbound and Inbound Strategies :
Outbound : Execute cold outreach, personalized emails, and networking campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Inbound : Develop and implement content marketing, lead nurt
