In this role, you join the two-year Operations Excellence Program to solve client operational challenges and drive lasting impact. You advance from hands-on client work to structured capability building, developing advanced operations and consulting skills. You will rotate across engagements, industries, and service lines while receiving continuous coaching and curriculum-based training. Responsabilità Identify issues and form hypotheses in client engagements
Design and conduct analyses and synthesize conclusions into actionable recommendations
Participate in on-the-job coaching and the program's capability-building track




Collaborate across industries and client teams to drive operational excellence
Engage in functional training and knowledge development under expert leadership
Contribute to a high-performing, ethical, and diverse work culture
Requisiti fondamentali Master's degree
Initial experience in an operational topic (e.g., lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Industry 4.0)
Proven leadership experience in work or extracurricular activities
Willingness to relocate/mobility for European assignments
Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and local language
