We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our expanding retail network.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support the daily management of the store, ensuring an exceptional client experience, strong commercial performance, and excellence across all operational standards. You will act as a key point of reference for the store team, helping bring the brand’s values, service standards, and visual identity to life every day.

What you’ll do:
- Support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day store operations and in achieving sales and performance targets.
- Deliver an outstanding, personalized client experience,



building meaningful relationships and proactively supporting clienteling activities.
- Welcome clients with impeccable courtesy, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations through deep product knowledge.
- Ensure the store is always presented to the highest standards, in line with brand guidelines for visual merchandising, product display, windows, and overall ambience.
- Support and guide the store team on the sales floor, fostering a positive, collaborative, and performance-oriented environment.
