Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements for Retail and Point of Sales (POS) solutions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, epics and functional specifications for technical teams.
- Identify gaps in existing Retail/POS functionalities and contribute to defining improvement solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout development, testing and implementation phases.
- Prepare functional and configuration guidelines and ensure that requirements are correctly implemented.
- Support testing activities, validate solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Contribute to business transformation and digitalization projects in an international environment.




- Prepare documentation and support training activities for end users and support teams.

Qualifications

-
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid experience in Retail and Point of Sales (POS) projects.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business/functional requirements, user stories and process improvement.
- Fluent English and Italian are required, as you will work in an international environment.
- Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical teams.

Nice to have

- Previous experience with Retail/POS solutions, configuration guidelines or business transformation projects would be a plus.
