Overview
In this Senior iOS Engineer role, you shape reliable, fast iOS experiences for European SMBs, collaborating with Product, Design, Backend and Frontend to handle scale, performance, and regulatory constraints. You own features end-to-end, drive architectural decisions, and raise quality through robust engineering practices. You will lead by example in code reviews and mentorship, strengthening the team’s velocity and the product’s resilience. Responsabilità
- Own features end-to-end from discovery to rollout and iteration
- Drive technical decisions in squad by clarifying tradeoffs (UX, performance, security, time-to-market)




- Raise app reliability and maintainability through architecture, performance, and test strategy
- Solve complex mobile challenges including real-time synchronization and modular codebase
- Contribute to team growth via code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship

Requisiti fondamentali
- Strong iOS experience with production features in Swift
- Comfortable owning technical decisions end-to-end
- Quality-driven mindset with testing (XCTest, snapshot testing)
- Ability to turn ambiguity into robust solutions
- Experience using AI coding tools daily
- Collaborative by nature with strong cross-functional communication
