Salary range: €35,000 - €45,000 (depending on experience).
What you would do as our Systems Engineer
Reporting to the relevant technical or sales leadership, you will act as a key technical point of contact between customers, the Sales team, and internal stakeholders. You will contribute across the full project lifecycle, combining consultative pre-sales with hands-on implementation and assist.

- Assisting the Sales team in gathering customer requirements and designing tailored access control and security solutions.
- Delivering technical presentations, demos,
workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and preparing documentation (RFPs/RFIs).
- Assisting system configuration, deployment, and integration with third-party systems (e.g., IT, VMS, IAM).
- Providing technical training and advanced troubleshooting assist (2nd/3rd level) to customers and partners.
- Cooperating with Product and Engineering teams by collecting field feedback to improve solutions and drive innovation.
The skills and experience you need

- Holds a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or 3–5 years equivalent experience in Systems Engineering, Technical Pre‑Sales, or similar roles.
- Demonstrates solid knowledge of network architecture (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, cloud, hybrid, wireless, IoT) and client-server environments.
- Has a good aware of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, iOS) and cybersecurity concepts (firewalls, SIEM, IAM, endpoint protection)
