We are looking for an Implementation Specialist Italy who leads the successfulonboarding of our software solutions, either on-site or remotely,
ensuring a seamlessimplementation tailored to each client’s operational needs.Reporting directly to the Quality Director, this is a position where you work collaborativelywith Sales and Support teams and with stakeholders, actively participating in theconfiguration and implementation of our software.
Your mission:

- Design and present comprehensive project onboarding plans for each client, basedon contracted modules and specific requirements.
- Guide clients to complete the required configuration files on time, enabling accuratesystem setup and customization according to their needs.
- Collaborate closely with new clients to gather requirements for building their liveenvironment and configuring the system to optimize operational workflows.
- Configure and calibrate the software solution to reflect each hotel’s operationalprocesses.
